We greatly enjoyed the hotel, reasonably good breakfast.

Everything was wonderful, including polite staff and perfect location on the beach. We got a room with a bathtub. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. Location: the hotel was near Chilis restaurant. Found a place called Wing Spot, set feet from the property, ate there a few times.

The people working in the hotel were very-very nice. The location of this venue next to the beach as well as Covington was great and stunning. It also was close to everything.

I adored the elegant decor in the common areas. It felt both cute and luxurious. The staff even offered assistance whenever I needed it.

More seating in common areas would be great.

The king room was spacious and accessible. We really loved the complimentary breakfast, and the dining area was always clean. The pool was a nice touch. It was close to local churches. The staff was cute.

Good, Good, Good

I loved my spacious and clean room with a King size bed that was just like sleeping on a cloud! The complimentary breakfast was a chef's special-everything from fluffy pancakes to fresh pastries, made my mornings brighter. Plus, the outdoor seating area, complete with a cozy firepit, turned every evening into a nice gathering spot under the stars.

The bed was super comfy 💤 and the location was perfect. Just wish the breakfast had better selection and was refilled more often.

The breakfast dining experience fell short, with frequent shortages of essentials like milk and a defectively functioning juice machine. Noise levels were high, as a large group took over the pool area one night, causing disturbances and even fights. It was also concerning to see teenagers throwing a football in the pool, raising safety issues for younger swimmers. The hotel just didn't seem ready for the amount of guests it had.

We really enjoyed the cozy vibe in our room and the complimentary breakfast was pretty solid. The outdoor pool was dope, and lounging by the sun terrace was a perfect way to relax. Just a heads up, it got a bit noisy at night, but it didn't ruin our stay at all 😊

It reminded me of the hotel staff didn't address the noise or guest behavior, frustrating. The outdoor pool seemed a bit small and lacked privacy. Still, the cleanliness of the room and friendly service were nice.

The room was super clean and bright. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We enjoyed the spacious layout with a microwave and a fridge. The fitness center was open 24/7, and the breakfast had a nice variety, including freshly baked pastries.

The room was spacious and had an excellent shower with a powerful head and great water flow. It also featured smart shelving for toiletries. The complimentary breakfast surprised me with its variety, including seasonal salads. Unfortunately, traffic noise from the nearby interstate was noticeable at times, and the hallways could use better sound insulation. There were some delays during peak breakfast hours, causing congestion in the dining area.

The stay was for a family trip, and the kids had a great time, especially enjoying the complimentary breakfast and spacious room. The bathroom design was smart with great shelving, and everyone appreciated the comfortable beds after long days of exploring. Dealing with the slow elevator during our stay was a bit of a hassle, especially being on a higher floor.
